these uncertain times, we, like every other business that is still
open, have made some moderations to our visitation policy to protect
everyone, our family, our excellent staff as well as you, our wonderful
clients! We are practicing "Social Distancing" by not shaking hands or
hugging, which is something that happens often here normally, and
everyone standing at least 6-10 feet apart from each other. We are
asking everyone to please use hand sanitizer when they arrive and before
and after using items such as clipboards, pens, etc. we spray them down
with Lysol. We are also doing our best to only have one client
here at a time, so PLEASE arrive at your scheduled appointment time to respect
our effort. If you will be late, please call us at (763) 390-0539 and
let us know and do not arrive early! We're all in this together.....
you're like a lot of people these days, you're probably working from
home. Many people are taking advantage of this unexpected time at home
and deciding to also bring home a new puppy, while they have time to
train him/her. We'd love to be able to assist you with this wish and
help you bring home a beautiful, well-bred Labrador Retriever puppy!
But please respect the above new "criteria", as well as also only
visiting our home once. We know many people would like to choose their
puppy in person when he/she is four (4) weeks of age, but in an effort
to minimize the risk of anyone infecting another person with Covid19, we
can only allow people to visit once. We're asking people to choose
their puppy via photos and videos. If however when it's time to pick
your puppy up there are still others available you may switch to a
different puppy at that time. We will limit this to either the same
litter or we'll show you UP TO three (3) other available puppies from
other litters, as long as they are also ready to go. It would take too
long and be too overwhelming for everyone to show more than this. We
realize this can be less than ideal for some people, but we need to
limit the amount of time that each family is here for the safety of
everyone. We wish everyone good health and safety as we all go through
this unnerving ordeal together. God bless. Scroll down for additional
info on our standard visitation policy.
ALSO--PLEASE, NO MORE THAN TWO-THREE PEOPLE.
you must bring other family members they will need to wait in the
vehicle while the main people (parents, etc.) are choosing the puppy and
doing the required paperwork.
